CEMPOLL plasticiser is a high range water reducing plasticizer for High Performance Pre-cast concrete based on Poly-carboxylic Ether.  It also works as a high range water reducer with water reduction up to 15-18 %. It is used to make the concrete denser and more durable while -improving its cohesion. This leads to better pumping of concrete, rapid placing and little or no vibration.
